Receptionist when requesting information about an autopsy report was rude when she answered the phone, acted as if I was hindering her with my inquiry. Not sure if this is an internal or individual problem however the attitude should be checked at the door.

Been over a year and still have no cause of death for my mom. The person that answers the phone said I don't know what's going on. M.E. mailbox is always full.

We don't do embalming at the medical examiner's office. We find out the cause/manner of death. Once we are done, the funeral home of choice does all else for the viewing by families
The wife by law is the only one that can get those things! So sorry you have to go through all of that
Viewing is not allowed viewing is done the hospital or funeral home. This office is not equipped for viewing
Make phone calls to this place and police and all the near by hospitals. But if you aren't family they might not release any information to you.
