Kathleen Cooper is extremely unresponsive. I have been trying to obtain payment information and she refused to provide me with contact information even though I have reached out to them with valid concerns regarding non receipt of payment slips. DO NOT go with MRA Property Management! Horrible company and representatives! Follow up, Renee Alt refused to provide additional information and refuses to give any further contact information. Toxic company!!!

I sent them a request to review and approve my plans for a fence and never got a response, but when the old bitty next store complains about my trash cans being infront of my house they're sending out letters like mail in ballots.

Absolutely does nothing for our community. They won't even respond to a phone call.

I live in an MRA managed community for over 10 years. The employees are consistently rude and dismissive of homeowner concerns. They do not assist homeowners in addressing issues with community boards. They say they forward concerns but there is never any response for follow-up. Mismanaged our community finances.
