My boyfriend and I took a tour here and immediately decided we had to live here. From day 1, our leasing agent Ian has been absolutely fantastic! He is extremely professional, responsive and organized which made the moving process a breeze! He really cares about the residents and we are so glad we got to work with him!

This is a beautiful apartment complex that has amazing amenities. Particularly, the cabanas at the pool are a nice touch. The apartment complex is located within walking distance of downtown Crown and Rio. Next, I would like to say how great of a leasing agent Ian is. From the initial tour of the apartment to the time we signed the lease, Ian has been attentive and exceptional. Whenever I asked Ian a question, he answered it promptly and thoroughly. In my experience, Ian is the best leasing agent I've dealt with. The apartment complex and Ian both get five stars.

Current resident here, overall great experience so far. I've had my share of bad management in past other apartments so I'm always careful and cautious now. The application and move-in process here was smooth. In terms of management communication, you'll need to send some follow-up emails or head down to the office once in a while - but I've always gotten my answer one way or another so that's fine by me. Aventon is brand new, modern, and clean (even considering I use the dumpster freight elevator mainly) and it's been great to call this place home.

Moved into the complex and was highly impressed with the attentiveness and knowledge of everyone who worked in the building. We had a few minor hick ups as we were moving in but Ian answered all of our questions swiftly and professionally. The interactions we have had has made us feel right at home.
