Spring Arbor was a no brainer when my family was looking for a home for my father. He was very sick, with stage IV cancer and required a very high level of care. We were nervous due to this being a new facility, but the staff exceeded every expectation we could have ever imagined. Everyone was so incredibly accommodating and welcoming to the residents and their families, alike. A transition into a home such as Spring Arbor was a challenge for my family and father but they were so well equipped to assist in the transition and provide just enough independence yet focused care based on what was needed to keep my father comfortable. It became apparent early on that the staff were there because they care and took the time to learn little things about my father such as his love for Elvis and the Redskins to get him more engaged and social. Even the chef checked in on him regularly and kept grapefruits (his favorite food) available to help keep him comfortable and happy. The food was amazing each day, even for my dad who was the most picky eater imaginable. I can’t speak highly enough of the facility and the staff who work here. Spring Arbor gave my family a comfortable home to focus on the time we had with my father and not the stress of everything else.

Very pleased with Spring Arbor and all the staff that are very friendly and helpful. A lovely designed senior living center with a nice outdoor courtyard.

Very mixed bag. May be start up problems, but there are too many issues for a seniors facility.
