Had an appointment at this store yesterday walked in and explained to the gentleman that I needed to transfer my data over and swap out some equipment that Verizon had sent by mistake the gentleman explain to me they didn’t take appointments and I couldn’t swap the equipment out and they were not gonna call Verizon I explained again to him that he needed to call Verizon to verify what was going on and let me show you on my phone that I have a text and an email from Verizon verifying the appointment the two gentlemen I talk to was Ronnie and Dan both of them argued that I had no appointment I was not going to swap any equipment out and they will charge me to swap my information from one phone to the other they refused to call Verizon please stay away from the store customer service is it an all time low
