Just came to the store to pick up my iPhone and A.D Haedo came in clutch helping me with all my needs, walked in the store and he greeted me with a smile and went to business, he offered water and even on a busy store like this he was on top of every costumer, making sure everybody was okey, THAT’S COSTUMER SERVICE. By far the worst experience I have ever had upgrading phones. I had to spend 1.5 hrs on the phone with Verizon getting all the extra charges from this store removed. Had random charges show up since going to this store, Verizon customer service could not tell me why these charges happened, Had to escalate to their customer service manager to get extra charges removed. She told me to avoid this store because she could not understand why we’re billed $70 extra. The store said there was a one time “activation” fee, but we were double charged. Verizon told us that it’s the equivalent to a set up fee and to only go to company stores. In the end Verizon rectified all the additional charges that were added by Celluar sales. Hopefully Verizon pulls he license on this store. Directly from Verizon customer service “ go to a company store”. After reading all the reviews it’s apparent that the 5 stars are fake. The 5 star reviews are always 1/2 reviews. Shame on you.

No. Great call phones use Verizon towers but are not Verizon devices. This is why you pay $20 a month vs. $90 a month. Great Call customer service is who you need to call.
Yes they can, i used to work there. Prices my very depending on what you go with. As most cell phones need a data plan.
