My partner was trying to avoid this place because of the reviews. But, we decided to give it a shot anyway due to convenience while staying at the hotel. No one was disappointed with their meal or the service. Our server was fast, friendly, and attentive. The food was delicious with crispy , well seasoned fries and juicy burgers. The kid's cheeseburger was big enough for an adult. The chicken salad was great with fresh veggies and tasty chicken.

Glad we didn’t look at reviews first. We were staying at the hotel and came here to eat after swimming. Burgers were wonderful!! Kids grilled cheese was good size! Service wasn’t slow, but not fast either. However, our server was doing his absolute best, was helpful, professional, and friendly!!

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a burger spot. We walked in, were told to grab our own seat and waited over 20 minutes. Never were greeted and ended up walking out. Bummed because we wanted to enjoy some good burgers before the concert!

This is the worst burger I have tried. It tasted like rubber, and I am not a picky eater. Also, the fries are not even fried. They are frozen fries that are baked in an oven. They were soggy as well. McDonalds makes a better burger than this. I couldn’t finish the fries or burger. I used to wonder why it always seemed empty. I don’t any more. It truly is a “Burger, in theory”. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
