Can anyone share a detail, that how to get an appointment because i tried many times to call uscis but robot is not helping me out. Im upset because i am traveling from Norfolk to Omaha and if they need appointment then i have to go back home with no luck. 😒

I was asked to come here (by appointment only) to review my application for citizenship and take the immigration "test". The agents that I dealt with were curtious, informed and efficient especially with the volume of people that passed through their office. The only problem is that when I tried to find the building, I had a hard time. It appeared to be a new building and the start of a new (gravel) road. In addition; the trees and brush obscured the building. I finally found it by taking a chance by going down the road and there it was. I cannot recommend it or disrecommend it as it was a federal government mandated appointment. If there was an option to recommend it, I would. Please note: there are bound to be low scores and negative comments as immigration is a very specific process with requirements and directions that MUST be followed to the letter; otherwise, it will be a negative experience.

This is impossible! Can't get in without appointment. They only schedule appointments two weeks out! Can't call and talk to someone - there is only a recording. What is a person supposed to do?
