Absolutely ridiculous, I have called this facility quite literally 5 times over the course of 2 months to HOPEFULLY get ahold of a person and left 2 voice mails to return my call (nobody ever has). I finally got ahold of someone today and was wanting to see if I could get a tour for the two days I’m planning to be in Omaha next week to which the VERY sarcastic and unprofessional receptionist stated that they were fully booked both days. Very disappointed with the quality of service I’ve received and apparently I was not the only potential tenant with this exact same set of concerns and issues per the reviews that state the exact same issues I’ve observed… The lack of accountability demonstrated by this apartment facility and their staff has determined I will NOT give Aspen Grove my business.

I’ve been calling trying to get in touch with someone for an hillside row unit. I was told back in December there would be a few units available for the townhomes in the beginning of march and to call at the end or December/beginning of January. Yet no one answers the phone or return my calls when leaving a voicemail.

Management Carolyn Johnson was very dismissive I felt I worked there for her my entire application process. I spent two months trying to finalize my application and their response time is slow and they just seem not to care to assist ultimately I had to go with a different apartment complex good luck with service at this place.

We have lived here for the past 2 years and just recently renewed our lease for another year. We have loved living here and love the leasing staff. The staff is very helpful anytime we call with questions and they have always made us feel welcome. The maintenance staff is great and responds quickly to any maintenance issues that have come up. We have loved our stay here and look forward to our continued lease!
