Georgetown is a good place to live. They are old apartments, but all in all I would recommend this place. My section is really for the most part quite and the neighbors are quite also. I just had the new maintenance manager (sorry forgot his name already) stop in to fix a few things and he is absolutely wonderful, he answered any questions I had and explained thing’s without me having to ask. Wonderful experience and he’s definitely a keeper.

Highly disrespectful to blind and deaf people takes deposits when haven a medical note to break lease that they steal from the tenants. Refused to fix anything and also there was black mold and allowed people to steal and take things when was not there’s all because of them being blind and deaf the staff takes

I love living here. They made move in super easy and super fast responding to my questions. I live in a studio but it’s just as big as any one bedroom. It’s quiet and cozy here. Definitely recommend :)

I am in the process of moving into Georgetown’s Apartments and the staff makes everything so easy. I have been so impressed how smooth everything is going. The questions I ask are answered the day. I would recommend this complex if you are looking to move.
