They are not into customer satisfaction. They won't even consider keeping a waiting list for what I am looking for. The vacant apt. I was shown is so very old and run down that I would never consider such a dump, much less pay 805. a month for it. I have a friend who lives there, and the dryer hasn't worked since October 2021!

i would give this place 0 stars if i could. the maintenance team doesn’t respond to any work orders. i went into the the office and told them that there was mold growing in our apartment and they haven’t taken any steps to help get rid of it. left our gas running in our stove for months cause they couldn’t be bothered to fix it. when brought up to management they claimed it was because of a change in management but that was months ago. aside from the health hazards there is never truly any silence in my building. they had the nerve to have my car towed without any warning but can’t fix the entrance door for any of the apartments. everything inside is as cheap as possible and on the verge of falling apart, which i’m paying $1500/mo for the privilege to live among squalor. this place is terrible. 0/10. don’t even consider applying

That place is horrible, Management is very unprofessional and they lie, watch them. They switch companies constantly. They have so many hidden fees so read your contract clearly. The maintenance people look creepy and are very rude. It seems unsafe at times the police are always in the apartment complex, high crime. The units need to be updated. The unit always smells like smoke which this is a nonsmoking facility. Very unhappy moving there. It's not worth it for the price.
