Maintenance is lacking!!! From the littlest to large issues. Property in itself is outdated, and there are safety issues everywhere. There isn't any preventive maintenance done at this property. Apartments are old and outdated. Recently the water pressure that only affects the hot water coming into my unit after the Water Heater was replaced, was decreased by half. Cold water is the same as it was before, but was told the decrease in hot water pressure is what needed to be done? What kind of BS is this? Plus now adding the addition of a garbage service fee is being added, along with a substantial increase in rent. Hello Alex, you can transfer to a new apartment after signing your lease, but there are some fees involved. If you are interested please stop in or call the leasing office for full details.
Hello Michelle, currently we only accept cats at Harrisburg Apartments. There is a one time non refundable pet fee as well as a monthly charge for pets. Let us know if you have any further questions!
