We arrive at 4 P.M. which is “check in” time, our room is not ready until after 5 P.M. I am not sure what they were doing with that extra time because they were not cleaning our room, because our room was disgustingly dirty. Next the air conditioner did not work in our room, so I let them know at the desk, and naturally they cant get ahold of maintenance, and they assure us that it will get fixed first thing in the morning. If you guessed that it did not get fixed the next day, or at all for our 2 night stay, you would be correct.

I was so hyped that we found a hotel that allows 18 year olds to book and check in because we had a concert in Omaha. I booked it 3 weeks in advance so we would have a hotel room. On the way to the hotel I got a call from the hotel saying they have no more rooms of what we booked and if it is okay if we get switched with something different. I said it’s fine and that was it. When we go to check in the lady in the front desk asked for my id and card. I gave them to her. She looked over my Id and said you can not check in under 21. When I mentioned that in their hotel website that it’ said I could. She replied quickly with its wrong and they need to change it. And I didn’t know what else to do so I asked her if they new of any other hotels that do and she replied with no and that was it.

Property has declined over the last few years. Room was dirty, repairs needed, hotel appears to be short staffed. Our family has enjoyed staying here many times but looks like we will need to find another location in Omaha. I will commend the staff though, always friendly!

Multiple issues!!! Digital Key- I had to call the hotel for the to assign me a room at 6 pm on night of stay. Swimming pool - at 8 pm, pool had 0 people, but had approx 20 “used” towels on the floor. Ice machine- broken on 2 nd floor. 3 bags of trash in the ice area and used linens in ice area. Decided to go to the 3rd floor ice machine…machine worked, but still beer boxes, full bags of trash, and used linens on the floor. Room- my son barely touch the towel holder, it fell off the wall. The desk in the room, the leg fell complete off. It was not attached with anything. Very unsafe and unhealthy hotel. I brought concerns up with the from desk and the response was “we don’t have enough people working”
