This is the first time my wife and I have eaten here and it was pretty good, I would honestly say 4.5 Star worthy and I will tell you why. We started with a beverage each and the salsa trio with guacamole. The salsa, guacamole, and chips were awesome. Salsa were homemade and chips we nice thick and crispy and not overloaded with salt! My wife ordered the Tamale, corn salad with rice and beans. I ordered three individual tacos (Chile Shrimp, Seared Tuna, and Chorizo and Potato). Again, the food as a whole was very good. My tacos came out luke warm. The slaw on two of the tacos was chilled so I thought maybe the tacos are meant to be cold, but wasn’t sure. I feel they would have been more tasteful if they were warm. I believe they were done cooking before my wife’s dish so they were held until both meals were ready, which I respect that. Flavors were good and the house infused tequilas were awesome, and I’m not a tequila person! Service was great, atmosphere was real good, AC could be turned off as it was 45 degrees out. Overall good experience, just a couple tweaks needed!

I had the delicious chicken enchiladas there where very tasty, the atmosphere here is edgy and clean. They have tons of unique drinks and tacos! The service was amazing.

Hook & Lime has a vibrant, modern atmosphere. The food is made from scratch and fresh - although, we felt the food was very overpriced for lacking bold Mexican flavors. Our tacos were plated aesthetically with cloth napkins. The server was very friendly and explained the menu to us! This is a Mexican-inspired restaurant - not an authentic Mexican restaurant, which may explain why the food was not as bold.

A local favorite for upscale tacos! Great specials. Unique, hand poured margaritas make the tacos sing. Personal recommendation: Chile-Grilled Shrimp taco and Jalapeno Grapefruit margarita. You won't be disappointed.
