Staff very good, place to train in world class Temple of Speed and to see great competition at all levels. Tuesday night indoor season can get very crowded to train and tricky at very high speed or not worth risk. Now open most Tuesdays year round daytime to train out of heat and rain. NEW Senior exercise Tuesday mornings for active aging joint program with Col Presby...well done!

You have to pay 5 dollars to spectate but I'm not sure about the id because I'm only 16
Okay if you go to school you can join the team and you would be able to participate in competitions. Beside that I don’t know if you can participate without a team.

There's no food court at the location but there is a Chipotle, McDonalds, Chinese food etc only 2-3 blocks away
There is no parking for the Armory, the closest parking is a pay parking for the Prebysterian Hospital, parking is located at 164th street & FT Washington Avenue. Also there is a pay parking on 165th street & ST Nicholas Avenue. Otherwise you may have to look for parking on the street.
Unfortunately no. Best opportunity for buses is on Riverside Drive. Be careful of parking signs. Best bet is to drop athletes off on 168 St near corner of Ft Washington. It will not impede traffic flow.
Cheapest off street parking is an indoor lot East of Broadway approx 176 St can be found on bestparking.com. Metered parking for few hours on busy Broadway may end early enough to keep far longer for free. The big lot on FT Washington and 165 is pricey for area maybe 25 in past and uphill to Armory BUT FREE VALET service to same lot is available from front entrance curb at hospital 100m south of Armory in Ft Washington, valet tip optional.
It should be. They would have announced a change by now. They main challenge for athletes and spectators officials etc from outside Manhattan and near subways is getting there and then back. I know of runners could not get flights back etc. You can watch it streamed live for a tiny fee connect on their website.

The age of your athlete also matters for start time. Younger athletes go first.
No there is no basketball courts here, is just a facility for track.
