Seems like a fraud. Only asking for money and there is no effort to close a deal. Our client paid the application money of 500 dollars after that they want nearly 30 times this amount to be deposited in an escrow. Read another review which states that their office is not found. There seems to be no interest in customer service but only in collecting money. Interaction was with a person called Gerald and another person called Visconti was supposed to come in a call but they gave us a mid-night time.

VII Capital Funds raised the capital for our client as contracted. It took 3 extra months due to the added due diligence we were not prepared for. Our client was required to extend their Purchase Agreement at an additional cost. The Feasibility, Inspection and PPM fees the client paid were credited to them at closing, a BIG PLUS I am happy to express!! Our Commission was secured through an agreement with VII capital Funds.
