child support was taking from all three jobs even though my 1st job fulfilled the order. I called in to ask for help to correct the issue. I asked why they kept garnishing from all my jobs when the entire amount was satisfied with my main job. I explained while asking for a refund that I was sleeping in my office at my main job because I could not meet rent the last month after they garnished from all three checks -I was counting on check from 2nd and 3rd job to pay the rent. She advised me to pray. Good advice, but I think some practical assistance would have been helpful. They couldn't correct the issue. I finally figured out that when I call for my refund to ask that $500 be left in there because once the account gets to $0 they auto garnish from all jobs. She also explained to me that because I didn't have a place to live anymore that they couldn't send the refund check as I needed a physical address. So - let me get this right. Child support made me homeless by garnishing 300% of the order, - had I been found out for sleeping in my office I would have been fired - then I would have my license suspended and possibly jailed - all while literally working from the moment I wake up until the moment I go to sleep to try to fulfill the obligation to a lying cheating nag who refuses to even let me see my kid. This is in the best interest of my kid? I managed to get into a better place - but when I call these people are usually not kind. I get that they are dealing with divorced dads and that the whole system sucks, but it is rare to speak to someone who treats you like a human being. Place doesn't deserve a star.

Why....after they verify ALL of my information over the phone...why can't they simply tell me the PIN needed to access information on the website. They can tell me how much I owe and how much I've paid...but not my PIN. To get a PIN, I have to wait 5 days (or more) to get it in the mail. This makes absolutely NO sense.

Next as they talk to people and long time waiting to pick up the phone a group of lazy people is that they have in those offices and if they want to try call you and you will see how badly educated the majority are

No. Only a judge can modify an order. Whoever the payee is can request to have their order payable direct and close their child support case, but the order itself will remain in effect just not being enforced by the agency. Also, this does not apply to any judgements against you. Child support office does not modify judgements and will hold on to those as long as possible as they gain interests on these accounts. Only a judge can vacate a judgment and no matter if both parties request to have it vacated, they won't do it.
Child support will still continue. But I would try and fight it anyway.
