The venue received this rating because the air conditioning was not working properly. In addition to this the blinds did not lower which allowed the direct sun to draw more heat through the glass windows. My guests and the honorees were miserable but there was not much I could do. I would tread very lightly if you have a function during the summer months if this situation is not addressed On a more positive note Alex was available to address my concerns and he worked collaboratively with me for a smooth event. Thank you
