A orevious Property Damage remediation company left us dissatisfied. PuroClean responded promptly, and fixed the problems that the previous company had left incomplete.

The guys from Puroclean were amazing! very professional, they came very promptly to help with the problem. They were able to set up their equipment and take care of the problem with very little input from me which was great! I would 1000% use Puroclean again in the future.

We recently had sewage cleanup that had to be done in our basement due to a broken pipe. Puroclean was there promptly the next day and did an outstanding job cleaning, drying and sanitizing over the next seven days. Mike and his crew were very professional and courteous and willing to explain and answer all our questions We highly recommend this company!!

Food safety after a fire is a huge issue, so you should discard non-perishable food exposed to heat, smoke, and firefighting chemicals, as well as perishable food left at room temperature for too long. However, you might be able to salvage refrigerated and frozen food after a fire. You should also throw out medicines, cosmetics, and burned clothing.Inventory non-restorable items to support your claims. Be sure to include the name, cost, and the year each item was purchased. Photos documenting the loss are great too.

The key to preventing mold growth is moisture control. There are many ways to achieve this including repairing leaks in your home—from walls, roof, gutters, plumbing pipes, etc., keeping indoor humidity at about 30-50%, ventilating appliances that generate moisture, getting your HVAC system inspected annually, cleaning gutters, and using materials such as mold-resistant paint.

How can you determine water damage in a house?

You can check the walls and ceilings for water stains, the floors for warping and buckling, and the pipes for corrosion, leaks, missing grout, and mold. Attics and basements may have damaged flooring, mildew or mold, dampness, and odors. Also, be sure to inspect the exterior of the home for cracked roof tiles, puddles, standing water, and whether the ground is sloping away from the house.
