No. A closet of a restaurant; mostly take out, but food is good. The Chinese buffet is in DeLand.I'm international speedway drive and woodland boulevard. If they're still open they're extremely good. And very cheap I think$9 all you can eat!

Is the rice brown or is it just yellowish with peas and carrots? I'm looking for the kind of fried rice with eggs, meat and bean sprouts.

I happen to like their food quite a bit. Yes they serve brown fried rice with vegetables, eggs, and meat but no bean sprouts. I have seen the yellow rice you're speaking of. I believe it is more of a Vietnamese style fried rice or they just use yellow rice as a base. They definitely don't have that here.
