I rate this store in debary a 0 star!!! They have horrible customer service and are thefts!!! My husband and I took 6 jugs of clorox to refill at pinch a penny in debary. we go inside all the way toward the back where you put down the clorox to get it refill we turned our back for 1 minute and one of the workers their said we only brought in 5 clorox jugs when that’s not true! We brought in six!!!!They are thefts!!! Beware when you do your clorox refills DO NOT LEAVE the jugs alone they will steal your clorox jug!!!!! Very unprofessional! I also told them to check their cameras that’s I brought in six jugs and he would get loud and tell me ‘why am I worried about his camera’ I told him because he can see proof that we brought in our six jug he wouldn’t do it and to avoid a bigger problem we left with one less jug. We will never return here again!!! Thefts!!!

Take your business somewhere else. I’ve been going here for years. Never had any issues, but within my last two visits they have told me that I need to purchase new chlorine jugs because they were “cracked”. When I pointed out that these are not “my” jugs, but some random jugs that are reused over and over by many different people via pinch a penny, they informed me that it didn’t matter because I “haven’t purchased new jugs in a few years”. Of course, I won’t get “new” jugs when I fork out another $25 per jug, but the same reused old jugs that get continuously cycled out that will probably conveniently “crack” again on my next visit in for chlorine. If I was able to reuse my OWN jugs that I can take care of and maintain, I wouldn’t have a problem purchasing new ones. Of course, They do not allow you to use your own. So I have to use whatever random old jug gets placed into my trunk by the company and I don’t get any say in the matter if pinch a penny’s equipment fails due to poor quality control. Pinch a penny is pawning off their supply costs into their customers. Never again returning to this location. Such poor business.

Are these spots stuck to the walls of the pool? If yes, it is very likely to is black algae and must be brushed off the sides with a wire brush because black algae has a "hard exoskeleton" that must be broken.. then an algaecide that covers black algae must be used . Pinch a Penny sells a good one. You will have to repeat the process in about a week.. hope this helped
