Is the rice brown or is it just yellowish with peas and carrots? I'm looking for the kind of fried rice with eggs, meat and bean sprouts.

I happen to like their food quite a bit. Yes they serve brown fried rice with vegetables, eggs, and meat but no bean sprouts. I have seen the yellow rice you're speaking of. I believe it is more of a Vietnamese style fried rice or they just use yellow rice as a base. They definitely don't have that here.
