I will start by saying I have been going to this pharmacy since January if 2022. I am a type 1 diabetic, meaning I am insulin dependant, without it I will die within hours and minutes if I have high blood sugar. I called the pharmacy and asked about my prescription to be filled. Vanessa told me it was not able to fill yet, when I asked when it can be filled she said she would ask. I could hear someone in the background telling her it can be filled. I'm assuming they were mad at her because she came back with an attitude. Told me she gave me the wrong info. That it could be filled in 30 minutes. So hours go by and my husband went to pick it up after work and they told him it would not be ready for another 3 days. I have had problems with Vanessa before, she seems to not understand her job, always has an attitude,and does not seem knowledgeable about the basics of the job, often having to go and ask others. Tired of the problems and will be switching to a better pharmacy. The people there are nice but are all over the place.

Showed up at 5:48pm on a Wed the girls had the car parked in the drive threw and the doors locked. Yes it's close to six but for some of us that just need to pick up a script that's paid for and everything I find this unacceptable they …I am really sorry for your bad experience. I did go back and check the cameras and the girls did move the car in at 5:58 pm but our front doors were open for business and not locked until after 6 pm.

Very rude entering you into there programs without you asking. Pills and amounts change as they wish not your doctor when asked or questioned they simply make excuses. …A day after a holiday. Couple rxs were several days early- insurance won’t cover them yet. Nevertheless we failed you. Wishing you well!
