I stayed in a Zuma apartment near UCLA for 4 months. Overall, my experience with Zuma Housing was ok. Apartments are spacious and well arranged. Moreover, apartments near UCLA are very practical since you can reach the university by foot. Furthermore they have an efficient maintenance system: if you have any problem in the apt. they come to fix it in a short time. Lastly, they were helpful when I had to change apartment because my flatmate left. However there were some complications. For example I found my apt. not cleaned when I moved in. Also I was expecting to find a fully equipped apt. but I had to buy utensils for the kitchen, bedsheets, towels and other stuff. Moreover I found the A/C broken, they should have fixed it before I moved in.
