A couple of months ago my husband and I needed a pension lawyer to help us correct a problem with my husband’s pension paper work. There was a misunderstanding and the error in the resulting paper work jeopardized the future of our family. My husband is very sick and this only added to his fear and worry. Not only was he worrying about his health but now he was worrying about his family as well. I found a pension lawyer named Owen Rumelt from Cary Kane LLP law firm. I did not know it at the time, but this was the best choice I could have made. I spoke to Mr. Owen a couple of times about our situation. I felt very comfortable with him and I felt there was hope. He was honest with us from the beginning to the end. Long story short, he came through for us. He brought the light back into my husband's eyes and we are so grateful and appreciative of everything he did. He deserves 10 🌟. Best choice ever! Cindy Troche

I contacted this law firm on 11-9-20, and spoke with Parveen who had taken my deposition regarding my case. I was told that an attorney would be in touch with me soon to go over the case. Today Tuesday, 11-17-20. AND NO ATTORNEY HAS ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT ME, to discuss my case! I’ve had to call Parveen back 3 times to ask what happened and why no one called. She once again said that she would “try and find an attorney to call me back” I told her, please don’t bother! I have waited 9 days for a response, which is 8 days too long 🤬. Good luck with your case if you’re interested in using this firm!!!

Questions & Answers

how to become a partner in a law firm in new york. At the time when I speak to you I am in high school in 2nd in France

By law, only attorneys may become partners at a law firm. To become an attorney one must finish college and then go to law school for three years. Thereafter one must pass the bar examination, which is given on the state level. In other words, if you want to practice in New York State, you must sit for the New York bar exam. Alternatively, in New York, if you graduate from a foreign law school you can study in New York for a master of law degree and then sit for the exam. The language of instruction and on the exam is English. After you pass the bar exam you need to get hired by a law firm and each firm has its own rules about who will be made a partner.
