Nice place to get in a lovely hike. It wasn't at all crowded, so it felt like I had the entire place to myself. Remember that you need a Discover Pass before you go.

Trails not maintained, but great for "off the beaten trail" wanderings. Fairly close to a shooting range if that's your thing - otherwise, just be aware. Mostly level with slight and steady elevation changes. Good place for those with large dogs. We hit it on a foggy winter day, but views of the surrounding hills would be better on a clear day.
