I love this community. The park is exceptionally clean. Pool area very well kept, clean and inviting. They.have a smaller yet super clean community room as well as library. Onsite doggie park, storage, small lake. very quite, very friendly. if looking for a home in Arcadia check Oakview Estates out

What is the monthly lot rent
Rent is 410.00 a month plus we pay owners property tax & valoren tax of 476.85 this of course goes up every year and there's very little activities
The homes are owned, lot rent is around 450. I don’t know that any are rented out.
If you look on their website you should be able to find the listings available
$5 a year if you join
