Good Pharmacy but their policy of not filling any controlled substance until the exact day it is due or rarely the day prior is really terrible. I frequently run out of medicine just because it is controlled. It really destroys the plan my doctor has instructed me to follow. In addition, the pharmacist won’t call if they can’t fill and won’t call when you ask him to when he gets back from break. As an employee of Publix, our pharmacy is not living up to the standards of customer service we are known for.

We’ve been using this pharmacy for 9 months. We have to come every 10 days for our son’s prescription, think we’ve interacted with each of the pharmacist a few times! We’ve always been taken care of and asked if we had any questions etc. At one point our son’s dr changed his medication to one the pharmacist hadn’t seen for this age. The pharmacist called our Dr. Office to ensure it was the correct one before prescribing. I appreciate this, the extra step, to ensure when they were doubtful or hesitant. Alma is my favorite pharmacist, she knows us well and gets our son’s prescription pulled up immediately. ♥️ She’s kind, quick, efficient and no nonsense. Another time we were going out of town and needed our son’s medication a day or two before insurance would approve it for the next dose. The 2 pharmacist in that day found some coupons and discount card and we were able to get his prescription for almost the price as it is with insurance. I can’t wait for the day my little one doesn’t need the medication - but our experience with this pharmacy has been ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It might be a chain pharmacy, but they definitely give hometown service!

Horrible service in the deli, nobody wants to greet customers, and after standing in the sub line for 15mins with no one else in front of me then the guy try to start the people behind me like I wasn't even there. I will not come back to this deli, poor service and chicken was old for my subs.
