We recently stayed at Beach for a month. It was a beautiful park. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. This was by far the nicest park in the area. Very close to the wine vineyards! The park is also very conveniently located near shopping. We will definitely be coming back next year.

The new owners have made it so you have to purchase wash cards that don't allow you to buy the correct amount to do wash, the new manager doesn't take the time take sure guests have toilet paper in the bathrooms. The new online only payments make it hard for people to pay on a short term basis. The water spots from the hard water are near impossible to remove from your unit.

Mid range due to inconsistent and weak internet accessand non-existent cable TV, but that's due to the cable TV customer service. Spots are very close together in the original park area. Showers are nice. Laundry is $4 wash and dry, but only 3 out of five washing machines work. Manager, who retires June 30, 2021, is excellent. Prices are good.

This park is literally bordered by the river. If you want to fish all you have to do is drop a line 😊

There is the convenience store about half mile away or KIBE market 3 miles the other direction, or like the previous answer ther is walmart about 15 miles away
