didn't get to stay. But I sure got a great reason to never even attempt to do business with this place ever again. Basically the day of I was headed around Omaha running around before heading to this motel 6. Unfortunately I didn't make it. I blew a headgasket on my vehicle on the interstate and basically that changed everything. Having this reservation being the least of my worries...I didn't contact anybody until the next mouring. I first contacted hotels.com because I did my reservation through them and paid through them. They talked to the hotel and said I would get a refund in 7-10 business days. This was May 12th. So long story short on June 8th I called and asked about the refund they said they submitted and basically was told that everything that happened was my fault in a sense. I could tell she was trying hard not to do this but inevitably couldn't help it considering she infact didn't submit a refund. I waited and waited for this "refund" to come through considering fixing my car wasn't going to be cheap. But it never came. Still hasn't to this day and I was told. "If you haven't got it by now then I don't know what to tell you". Basically heres my advice. Avoid this place. And if you do get stuck staying here. Make damn sure your vehicle don't plan on having any catastrophic damage done to it that day. And if the lady I talked to on the phone reads this. Then shame on you ma'am. Lieing about a refund. Unbelievable.

Absolutely no hot water in the second floor. Tan the water for 7 minutes and still lukewarm. Host that checked us in was rude and completely unprofessional. I was trying to check in direct instead of going through Hotels.com and she acted as if it was an inconvenience for her. The rest of the staff were very polite and the room was clean.

The staff was great. They were remodeling so the hallways were dirty. No shampoo or conditioner. You get what you pay for. It was a cheap room for the night. The room itself was clean a and the bed was comfy.

I’ve been on the road for 13 days now. This was by far the nicest motel I’ve stayed in. My room was newly renovated. Very modern very very nice. They welcomed my 2 dogs and didn’t even charge me a doggy deposit. Very friendly staff. I 100% recommend booking here 😎
