I would like information on how to obtain an apartment
Aja Wylie
Under renovations.. The outside of the buildings that are finished look nice.. Cant wait to see the inside once they are finished.. Totally excited for update appliances and new Windows.. The apartments really needed an upgrade. Update: As of August 9th,2022 They are finishing up on the renovations to the apartments I attached a few pictures. They have installed security cameras, new up to date windows. New appliances. New cupboards. Washing machines and dryers to each unit. New AC units. New water heaters. New bathtubs and lighting above the shower/bathtub. Over head lighting with fans in each room. And new stairs have been installed.. The outside looks fresh. Soon the rental office and mailboxes will be fixed up as well..

Currently under renovation. The insides look great, everything is updated. Black appliances. Vinyl floors. More space. The manger and staff are great.

they should have availabilites coming open soon, a lot of people are being displaced because of renovations, a lot of us are having to move because the property is turning into a tax credit property.
No waiting list
Only service dogs or cats and has to be registered as such and show them that information is what the letter i got last month says
yes. you have to be low income.
yes.
Yea but it's about 3.5 miles away
rent is income based now, you will have to apply in office to determine how much rent will be, your deposit will probably be $100 that will be returned after one year of living there.
No, unfortunately it is not
Don’t move here, whomever owns the property is cheap! Windows are outdated. Kitchen is outdated. Entire unit is outdated. Unit has way too much space not to have washer and dryer hook up! I mean nobody wants to use quarters to was clothes anymore! Children have no place to play because whomever owns the place is too cheap to have a playground built. Not worth your money! Their are other income based apartments on the Southside that feel more home like vs ghetto or like your living in a beat up run down community. Try Oakwood Villa or Oak Hammock or Caroline Arms. Their patios are screened in as well !
They used to 4 bedrooms there low in one what's wait list 5 years
They don’t have a pool nor a park in the apartments you have to walk the kids outside of the apartments to the park in the area .
I believe it is adjusted by your income.
No, unfortunately there isn't.
They would go to Kernan Middle School. I have had two go there. There is a bus provided.
