Took in my trimmer to be fixed, they said it'll be done in 2 weeks Took them a month to finish. The told me $220 when I got there they told me $300. I got the mower home used it twice, it stopped working. They now want to charge me another $100 to fix it. You're telling me you replaced all of these extra parts but didn't replace the one that needed to be replaced? Worst shop ever.

My Father John Hiebert was a small engine mechanic all his life he could fix anything and I miss him dearly. He said if you ever want to go to a shop that is down to earth family like that will treat you honest and right go to Lens lawn mower shop..well guess what he was absolutely right. They go out of there way to help me everytime I go there..they are super cool people. Thanks

THESE PEOPLE NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! THIS ISINT THE FIRST TIME!!! I HAVE CALLED BEEN PUT ON HOLD FOR OVER 1/2 HOUR THEN HUNG UP ON AND IGNORED ON RETURN CALL.....
