I went in reluctantly prepared to spend $300 to fix the screen on my Note 20 Ultra. Initially I thought my phone insurance deductible was $250 so I said screw I'll $50 more and get it done today. Well thanks to the manager Jesse was kind enough to bring to my attention that the use of my insurance would only cost me $50 to fix my screen. Which in turn I went through with a claim and sure enough $50 it was! Jesse could've easily let me pay $300 but no he didn't he educated me on the process of filing a claim it was way easier than I thought. 2 hours or so later my phone was back to normal like new again! Thank you big time Jesse! I still owe you lunch!, but here's the awesome review like I said I would do

Repair scam at this location, brought the phone in for a screen repair. Manager told me my phone would be covered by the google warranty program, it just had to validate one more check. I will give him that he stated it had to pass another check before the repair was approved however he stated that this would be no problem and I SIGN a repair contract for a $0 screen repair. When I was notified the repair was completed I was also notified that the warranty was not accepted and that the repair was going to cost me $300. There was no effort to contact me to notify me of the change in charge, there was no consent given to this change in charge. and I never signed any form for this charge. Legally I am not responsible for this charge and Assurion performed work on my phone without my consent. However that's how the scam works, whos going to call them on that and take them to court for fixing their phone? The manager blatantly asked if I wanted the phone "unfixed". You could also hear the employees in back joking about it during the encounter. Absolute worst repair experience I have ever had and I will prevent anyone I know from visiting this store or any like it. I don't care what quality the repair is you don't treat customers like that. I have also reported this to the BBB.

My phone had die due to Google pixel battery expanding they were able to order me an battery and replace it in a week. Good quality and phone now working perfectly.

Absolutely! While we don't have the equipment currently to work on the Xbox One X, the technician Jesse was able to provide us some extra details! They are expecting to get the tools in for this type of repair in a few weeks, the estimated cost for this repair will be $129.99 USD plus tax. While they do not offer this repair yet, they did recommend visiting another local shop U-tec that are able to assist with this type repair immediately.
