We found ourselves in a difficult situation and reached out to several people for recommendations and BHHC was at or near the top of the list across the board. They found us an incredible care giver literally before end of day. The staff were all extremely helpful and courteous and made what could otherwise have been a challenging circumstance easy. I cannot recommend them highly enough

My mother who was 93 and had dementia was treated poorly . The aid stole my mother’s car forged her signature , stole money and jewelry as well . I needed to get the police involved . The agency when contacted by myself and the police did zero and continued to send the aid out to others .The aid was undocumented citizen as were the other live in aids they sent . The other aid ( all live in ) had he boyfriend sleeping over and also people come over every Sunday to use my moms laundry machine and detergent. They need to also hire people who speak and understand English . You should not be sending someone out who cannot speak and understand English . This place was a nightmare . I did transfer to another one who had wonderfull aids and sent a nursing staff to oversea my mom which I did not get at this place

Better Home Health Care was amazing! My father needed 24 hour care and they worked so well with getting consistent aides that worked with my father. The aides went above and beyond in making my father and our family comfortable. There was a billing issue that was resolved quickly and easily. Overall I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this agency, they were professional, easy to deal with and the aides were wonderful. My father unfortunately passed away and his aide Albert actually came to the funeral. Thank you BHHC for all your help, really made a difficult time easier to deal with.
