I miss Mindy! She was by far the best! The staff is amazing, fast with put rushing or even so much as a sigh. professional nd as helpful as they are ALLOWED to be. The 2 stars is in NO reflection of them they serve 5 especially for how little they are paid. But when it comes to THIS UPS store's new policy of printing from the computer, well I just find it very tedious and penny pinching. Okay yes if it is for LABELS then that I totally get that is time consuming INK is very dark. But when I go to a place where "ing" is their thing, and I am told that the documents I emailed to the store as I have done since 2018, that I had to go online and print it myself, or pay an additional cost to the already $1,19 (exact not sure) and then the $0.09? per page well what part of handling all my "Print-ING" needs is that if I a, billed for 1. Time on the computer (per MINUTE) 2 Initial Page costs over a dollar 3, Each additional page costs around 9-10 cents plus tax. The staff is friendly and great, even when customers complain. They are just following the FRANCHISE owner(s). Each UPS store is owned by different people, it's a franchise. So for these owners their moto is 1. NO service other than taking my money for doing what I expect someone to help me get done hence going to an establishment that is SUPPOSED to be there to handle their services for me. 2. if I don't want to do it myself I have to pay extra just to have the associate press the print button from the email they pull when I come in on their computer. I called OTHER UPS stores (there are many nearby me) and this IS NOT their policy. And for a woman in need of printing and notaries representing myself in Family Court where both money and time are tight, this particular UPS store stands to lose business by wasting the time of the customer, and then nickel, dime, and several dollars past onto the customers. The store already makes a killing in just UPS drop-offs, Comcast Returns and other companies that contract with them, WHY KEEP DIGGING INTO THE POCKETS OF ALREADY PAYING CUSTOMERS?? I find this to be low to loyal customers, as others MANY have commented below as this is a newer rule, one they may want to reconsider as these stores come and go, but bitter tastes of 1 UPS store can leave a sour taste for all other UPS stores!

I am not sure about notorizing the paper, they use to have. You have to call and check it out.
