I was in dire straits when my Outback wouldn't start even with jumper cables in a hotel parking lot after evacuating from Ian. AAA's towing services were slammed and couldn't get to me. I called Don Mealey and they recommended a tow service that got to me in an hour. By the time I got to the service center there was only an hour or so until closing. Gabriel almost immediately diagnosed my sensor failure at the root of all my problems and the service team made sure I got repaired to be road worthy. The team even stayed late to make sure I wasn't going to be stranded away from my family for the night. This team went above and beyond and got me back on the road when I needed it badly, they're amazing. If Gabriel's boss reads this, give that man a raise or a free vacation day or something, he's the most gifted Subaru service employee I've ever come across. he nailed my problem in under 5 minutes. I've never seen anything like it and I've used at least 3 different Subaru service centers.

If I could give them 20 stars, I would. Sport Subaru has earned a customer for life. Their staff is always amazing, dealership is clean and their cars are incredible. I've worked with Orlando at the dealership for almost a year. He has contacted me regularly to check in and has more than earned our business. I am so impressed with Orlando and the rest of the staff here that I wound up buying a crosstrek for my daughter as well as my new Ascent. Thank you so much to everyone that helped with this!!
