We’re shopping for a car for my Son, never have I been so insulted by a sales person before, not 2 minutes into the conversation I was asking about why the price went from 18k as offered to 26, he replied: so what we’re you expecting to pay??? Who’s going to pay for taxes!! You live here don’t say you don’t know you have to pay taxes …. First time in 7 years I have been living here I felt racism like this. If this dealership has an owner or manager , which it seems not by the way that man started to talk to me and no one Intervened, they should review their customer service policies. Bad enough to have bad reviews for poor service but insulting people…you just reached a new low.

Don’t come here for a diagnostic to be done on your car. They will leave your radiator fan unplugged and leave loose screws in the engine bay. 10/10 not recommend

I took my 2020 Kia Soul to Greenway Kia West to check my left rear tire. Even though, I didn’t have an appointment, they were able to get me in and out within 3 hours. I was checked in by Mr. Xavier Brown who was very professional and courteous to me. I never have any problems at Greenway Kia West and everyone is so nice.

I appreciated his patience and his customer service in tending to my family's special requests and concerns during the time of my purchase. He was the right proportion of sales-driven and personable with a good spirit. I wanted to show gratitude for not wasting my time and getting straight to the details when asked and also working quickly with the Finance team to ensure the right deal could be made. I would suggest this location and sales team for your car buying needs or research if going with Kia.
