Walked in with a Maglight that had a flickering issue. 5 minutes later they came back and said it was a battery issue - but the light is now working flawlessly. I'm just happy it works now, but I tried some old batteries I had already pulled out of it (batteries were the first thing I swapped to try and fix it) and it even works fine with old batteries now. Happy it works, but I don't think it was a battery issue.

We have a trade in program I don't work in a warranty department so I don't know all the information. We are located in Ontario, you can visit our warranty department or go maglite.com
Yes if you are nearby you can take it to the factory repair shop in Ontario and they will repair it while you wait! Otherwise you will have to ship it to them for repair.
They have everything they are across the street from me

Here at the company if you are local near Ontario,Ca. Bring your old equipment if you still have it to be checked and your light. They will check everything. Repair center is open 7-430 daily at 2001 S.Hellman Ave to walk in.

Please visit Zbattery.com and search for LM2A001 , you should also have a spare bulb underneath your coil spring inside a red plastic holder in your bottom end cap ,. You may also find replacement bulbs at your local Ace hardware or true value hardware store ,
Mag does not have upgrade bulbs but does have a tradein program to upgrade your light to Led. Please call 909 9471006 and apeak to warranty/repair They will give you your optuons.

No. But they have a trade in program where u can trade in an incandescent lite for a new led light for a fraction of the cost of a new one. Stop by they are open m-f 7-430.

Try new batteries. If one battery is weak it will fade and be sure the backcap is on tight. If still having a problem please call 800 2835562 and speak to warranty

Yes. I have 2 that won't open. D size. I'm hoping they will repair them. I think their aluminum reacts easily to certain alkaline batteries. Happened all at once. Both! Fricken Harbor Freight I'll bet.
Take them to customer service 2001 S Hellman Ave Ontario. They will repair/replace on the spot! Outstanding customer service!
