The drivers are excellent and very clean buses. I only wish that the app posted accurate arrival times...one star deduction for only the app, otherwise a good public transportation service!

The maintenance facility is located at 605 S. 48th Street in Phoenix.
Tickets or bus passes do not expire.... until you use it......And once you activate it then you have the rest of that day to use it and that's it

valley metro is most definitely NOT "owned" by the city of phoenix. They use our tax dollars to contract their company to provide service.
