valley metro is most definitely NOT "owned" by the city of phoenix. They use our tax dollars to contract their company to provide service.

yes they do but nine times out of 10 the people that work there in the office Take it and hide it ..!!!! And will say no we haven't seen it.... like your bicycle or something like that
