We have been using this transport for years and we had not had any problem except the weight surcharge. But today I had a very bad experience with the drivers from Phoenix to Durango, my mother has vision problems and I asked for help to get them up so they denied me, I asked the driver again and he gave me permission but in a very bad way, my parents they are elderly people and my mother has vision problems, the driver told me that it was their problem how to get on with their bags in which they carry their medications and snacks. While I was still on top of the truck, the truck began to move and the driver yelled at me that that is why they did not allow people who were not traveling to get on because of the COVID; please, the truck is too full to use that as an excuse, I explained the situation to him again and he didn't care, he insisted that they were behind schedule and that those 5 minutes I asked to help my mother were going to delay him even more. I just hope they are not going to drive too fast and risk the lives of all the passengers. I speak to the Los Angeles office to report the case and the lady treated me the same. If they are not going to be able to provide a service to older people (who are the ones who travel the most) and people with certain disabilities, say so before buying the tickets.
