Benches are uncomfortable but the station is clean and the staff is helpful & courteous. My bus was ~2 hr.s late but I made it to my destination with 5 minutes to spare & made my connection. Made for a long day but I got to my destination so all in all a good day.

My son came down from NAU and was 5 hrs late!!! First technical difficulties (whatever that was), 2 hr delay that turned into a3 jr delay, the driver didn’t know where she was going (like literally she asked the passengers, red flag!!!), She stopped for a bathroom break, then the bus didn’t start, then the door wasn’t closing, people got down to grab snacks and then was a delay waiting for everyone to come back in the bus, Then they stopped in Glendale when they should have not stopped there!!, like what?!?!, then the driver travelled west!!! Ask the way to 35th Ave when she should have went south east!!!! Red flags waving everywhere! Note to self: don’t travel greyhound!!! Never, ever, ever, ever!!! Lesson learned

Run down, not the cleanest place. People are sleeping on the floor and benches. Idk….. didn’t really feel comfortable.
