Found out after using the service I needed a referral from primary care doctor which I do not have. When transferred to her boss there was no hello it was silence after saying hello to her, she said is this the lady that came in earlier for the covid test...with attitude in her voice. I was already exhausted and this was just a hassle. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. I had them cancel it and would never use them again.
