Grumpy front desk staff, but friendly lab tech! It would be nice to have some elevator music, instrumental music, or something to lighten the tension in the waiting room because the front desk staff set the mood for the office.

If i could rate it -10 I would. The most rude and inefficient people work there. My PCP erroneously thought that I could only go there as per United Health. My last nightmare experience was that I had to repeat the same test 4 times because they did not freeze the sample even after I wrote in giant letters to freeze! I finally called United Health and they told me that I could go to Sonora Quest. What a difference! Corteous and professional. I actually sat down with a technitian who made sure everything was in order. They froze the sample as they were supposed to and finally got my results! Another time I took a sample and the woman would not take it and would not answer any questions! They are impersonal and rude, specially after they got their machines to sign you in. Stop being frustrated by dealing with these people! Go to Sonora Quest. - so...supposedly the owner posted that he/she wanted me to explain what happened. Obviously he did not take the time to read this posting. As i explained above - i had to retake the test 4 times because the lab said they could not process the specimen because it was not stored properly. Therefore. The 4 times. I took the same test the lab said they could not get any results because they said the specimen was not stored properly. I finally went to Sonora Quest and they knew what they were doing. And finally my doctor got the test results!

No issues while there, but then they lost my results and I could not get a hold of anyone at the office or get a call back. Had to redo my labs for work elsewhere. I would avoid this location.
