I got a Covid test form here around July yet got a bill for 155 dollars sent to me from them now in January. It was stated as 3 months overdue yet the bill said it was from 2 weeks prior not 3 months. There are some massive inconsistencies with their billing department. Also Covid testing everywhere is free and no where on their website can I find a place that states a price for it at all so getting a bill is stupid in the first place. I then tried to call multiple times and was told to leave a message each time. I have never been given a call back or explanation of the bill. Terrible service terrible response to issues and terrible billing practice.

They don’t communicate very well. They called this morning at 9 am, saying they had to re run a test because they weren’t happy with the results so they’re trying again with a different machine. Said I would have my results by 12 the latest, I called back at 12:30 wondering why I still didn’t have my results, they said I would get them within 15 minutes. Well, now it’s 3pm, the number on their website doesn’t work and the number they contacted me from keeps ignoring my calls. Fun! Go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

This place is tricky to find but is great for drive thru COVID testing without requiring an appointment. We have had our family tested here 3 different times through the pandemic and have never waited more than 5 minutes. They text or email results, and we have gotten ours within 24 hours or less. Put some photos and made a map, hope they are helpful
