Trash pandas. They went into this line of business to help people but when I called to tell them that my wife was less than a mile away and it was extremely important that she needed her blood drawn today Jennifer and Jasmine told me they locked the doors at 3 pm no exceptions. How can you go into a line of work to help people only to cut off helping people at 3 pm? I get they have lives after work but really you can't make an exception to do what you went to school for? They are in the wrong line of work.

This location will only send in half your lab order and then insist it’s your fault that not all of it got sent and then tell you you need to go back to the doctor for another order even though they never completed the first one.

I never stepped a foot into this lab but they sent me a bill for the ultrasound provided at the hospital, services I already payed to hospital and now they charge me again even more.

Check with the doctor's office. If impossible to get through to doctor's office contact Sonora Quest. Most times I have gone to Sonora there is a frustrated patient being told that the referral has not been sent. Consider contacting or going to the doctor's office to get a paper copy of the referral. Sonora Quest will often try to contact the doctor's office but can't get through to the doctor's office. In future you might request paper referrals to carry with you to Sonora. I have been fortunate in always being able to do, "walk-ins" at Sonora. I am in no manner connected to Sonora. My experience with them covers decades and typically they are excellent. Doctor's offices are usually the bottlenecks.
