Alek stayed on the phone with me to make sure everything was working. It kept making us do updates over and over again. He had to reboot the server. He was very patient. He even called this morning to make sure everything was working properly.

I have had my desktop crash and die. When I logged in my data was exactly as it was suppose to be. I have worked with Trapp Online for many years with total success.
