Jamie always takes such good care of me as I've come to her and Steve with many very complicated problems and each and every time things were carefully sorted out and resolved. What a GREAT team to have on your side! Talk about knowledgeable, this Team almost always know how to fix the most difficult problems! Jamie and Steve saved more than 10 years of files on a computer that went bad over a power loss and surge and corrupted my Windows, disabling my computer. Steve (at the 16th Street and Indian School location) did an outstanding job in diagnosing and repairing my computer. He is professional, experienced, patient, and goes out of his way to assist his customers. He makes sure you understand everything that needs to be done, how the problem will be fixed, and the time frame and costs involved without talking down to you, no matter what you ask. I needed his help both in person and on the phone and would recommend Steve to anyone.
