Steve (at the 16th Street and Indian School location) did an outstanding job in diagnosing and repairing my computer. He is professional, experienced, patient, and goes out of his way to assist his customers. He makes sure you understand everything that needs to be done, how the problem will be fixed, and the time frame and costs involved without talking down to you, no matter what you ask.
