Our transaction with this company was unnecessarily difficult. Five different people were working on our file and not communicating, we were met with attitude when questioning their processes which didn't make sense, and they tried to collect almost triple the standard fees on the settlement sheet. Had used this company three years ago and thought I'd give them another chance but never again after what we went through.

Prosperity Abstract was great for helping me with closing on my loan. The staff was very helpful and responsive with the overall transaction. At the closing table Maria was very helpful and courteous; explaining all of the documents and addressing any questions I may have had. She was very patient and thorough and can't thank her enough for her professionalism. She even followed up with any outstanding concerns I had after the closing date.
