(This is a re-upload of a review that was coincidentally removed.) A zero stars option is much needed for reviews such as this one. If you are looking for employment, AVOID APPLYING HERE. This place lacks management, is riddled with toxic mannerisms and has people who are more worried about their popularity status rather than their own job. God forbid you don’t make friends with the hiring manager then you may no longer have a job simply because they choose their emotions over your hard work and experience. The kennel “manager” can’t even bother to properly train workers, let alone actually manage them. To Pet Owners: BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Most of them could careless about your precious pets and only wish for their shift to end. This is the unfortunate truth for most workers there. The boarding facility is an absolute mess! There are workers who FORGET to give your pet their appropriate meds, or even give the WRONG meds or wrong amount!! There are workers who won’t clean their runs or even give them fresh water. They hire people who are not even well equipped or even care about animals! And don’t even get me started on the lack of people skills here.. READ ALL 1 STARS BEFORE PROCEEDING! -former worker

i wouldn't even give them the one star but there was no option for no stars my aunt recently passed away due to cancer and my family and i needed to have our pup boarded so we could all attend the funeral we called mt airy animal hospital after a few recommendations and they said they'd take him and they told us about the things and information they'd need great so far so good we got all the shots they said he needed at the time and we gave them his vaccination record the lady at the front desk looked at it gave it her seal of approval and said its ok he can come get boarded with us we thought "awesome" now its the last day before we have to live for the funeral and they called us to tell us that our dog needs his influenza shot and a lipitode shot to be boarded with them and those are the only ones he doesn't have they tell us this after they already looked at his paper work gave it thier seal of approval and said he could be boarded with them and they waited till the day we have to leave to tell us this mt animal hospital is incompetent
