Wife and I are new to the area, and the billing experience (and overall quality) was much different from our previous vet. Our dog had a rash, and we had to pay for multiple exams for the same rash when treatments didn't work. We understand trial and error may be required to fully solve a problem, and we didn't mind that, but repeat "exams" of the same rash just to prescribe something new seemed excessive. Not to mention, we were prescribed a 10 day course of a medication that worked, and this was going to be extended for several more days. Somehow, the second prescription for the same medication cost twice as much. Our previous vet would do skin scrapings to make accurate diagnoses, and was much more cost friendly. Staff is very nice though.

Highly recommend, all of their staff is super friendly! They're extremely patient with my dog and never rush his appointments when he's nervous.

The Pet Mechanic team has taken very good care of my pet for the last 4-5 years. The staff is friendly, the space is clean, and the staff is always very gentle and accommodating to my shy/nervous cat!
